Billing

Payment is due at time of checkout, and there are three payment options available:

Credit Card

Credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB cards are accepted. Cards will be authorized when the order is placed and charged when the order is shipped. Your credit card statement will show the transaction from “PLUGLOVE.NET.”

PayPal

If you select the PayPal payment option, you will be redirected to PayPal when you place the order.

Bitcoin

Bitcoin is a completely anonymous way to pay online. If you select this option, you will be taken to bitpay.com and given a Bitcoin address to complete the transaction.

Shipping

All items are shipped discreetly in plain, brown cardboard boxes via USPS. International shipping is available. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Returns

All Plug Love plugs are handmade, so please do not expect machined or cosmetic perfection. You will have a chance to inspect the item through transparent, tamper-evident packaging. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied, contact me to exchange or return the unopened item for a refund within 30 days of placing the order. Due to the nature of the items for sale, returns cannot be accepted on items after opening.
